- Facebook Ads and Tiktok campaigns for our mobile apps
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives
- Facebook and Tiktok expert, at least 2 years of experience. Meta and Tiktok certificates will be an additional advantage
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with apps and web2app
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- English is B2+ (native Russian speaker
- Knowledge of CPA networks (Adikteev, Mintegral, Remerge, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource, etc.) will be a plus.
- Experience with multi-national projects
- Experience in performance projects: e-commerce, fintech, gaming, etc
- Campaign optimization of by CPA, ROI
- Knowledge of AppsFlyer
- Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly
