- Manage strategy, planning, and daily execution of internal channels, including intranet, email, and newsletters.
- Own the editorial calendar and identify new, cost-effective communication methods within existing platforms like Teams.
- Ensure content reflects a modern, brand-aligned tone and visual style consistent with a global tech company.
- Track and analyze channel performance to optimize content and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR to develop communications that support key initiatives and clearly convey Visteon’s performance culture and its impact on employee growth and business goals.
- Align with external-facing comms and brand teams to ensure internal messaging around performance culture is reinforced across broader campaigns and leadership narratives.
- Translate company-level communication strategies into clear, actionable internal plans and messaging.
- Align messaging across regions and functions while tailoring content to meet the specific needs of each audience.
- Collaborate with communications colleagues to maintain consistency across internal and external narratives.
- Support Americas and EMEA leadership with regional messaging and town halls to drive alignment, transparency, and employee connection.
- Monitor and measure the performance of internal communications across platforms.
- Gather employee feedback and engagement data to inform continuous improvement of messaging and channel effectiveness.
- Launch and Optimize Global Intranet
- Launch new intranet by Q1 2026 with 100% content migration and increased engagement based on usage metrics.
- Maintain a unified editorial calendar with 90% on-time content delivery across internal channels.
- Increase employee awareness of our performance culture and participation in HR programs, measured by campaign metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- Implement at least one improvement to internal comms channels (i.e,in Teams), resulting in measurable gains in engagement or efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or employee engagement roles
- Proven experience implementing and/or managing internal communication platforms
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, with an ability to tailor communications to a diverse workforce
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, providing strategic counsel and crafting impactful communications that align leadership messaging with organizational goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen ability to simplify complex topics
- Ability to use data insights to inform communication strategies and measure impact
- Experience driving communication strategies in a global organization, effectively tailoring messages to diverse audiences across multiple regions and cultures
- Experience with change management and organizational communication
