
Senior Analyst - HR Analytics

- Analyze HR data from various sources, including Workday, ServiceNow, and digital adoption platforms, to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to HR leadership and stakeholders
- Utilize statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify areas for improvement in HR processes, employee experience, and technology adoption
- Collaborate with HRIS team, HR business partners, and IT to gather data requirements, ensure data integrity, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Leverage ServiceNow (all systems) data to analyze HR service delivery performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process optimizations
- Analyze data from digital adoption platforms to understand user behavior, measure the effectiveness of training and support resources, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and technology adoption
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical and functional information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with handling large data sets and a diverse set of stakeholders and managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Ability to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term planning and governance of HR technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing HRIS implementation and maintenance, preferably in a global organization
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to align them with HRIS capabilities
- Proficient in HRIS systems specifically Workday, especially Peakon with Service Now being preferred
- Knowledge of Adoption and Automation tooling (UIPath, WalkMe, WhatFix etc)
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Deep understanding of the Workday platform, including system design, complex configurations, dashboard development, business processes, and security
- Experience implementing multiple Workday modules and managing inter-system data transfers and integrations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
