In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape world-class digital products and experiences. If you thrive in a remote, non-hierarchical environment and are driven by innovation and user-centered design, we'd love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to design impactful, user-centric products.Participate in ideation sessions, UI/UX workshops, and brainstorming activities.Translate ideas into design concepts using sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.Apply UX methodologies to validate ideas through testing and user feedback.Support research efforts through both qualitative and quantitative methods.Present and communicate design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on design strategies and execution.Contribute to and help implement a scalable design process within the team.Take part in design reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support a growing design culture at Nagarro.QualificationsMust-Have SkillsExperience in Product Design, including UI and UX workshops.Strong understanding of UX principles and the product development lifecycle.Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.Ability to independently manage tasks in a remote work environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.Good to HaveFamiliarity with design systems and component-based design.Prior experience working in agile product teams.Exposure to research methodologies and usability testing.
