We provide the complete range of structural design services, from conceptual and competitions, through the preliminary and detailed design, independent checking and assessment.To strengthen our teams, we are looking for aStructural / Geotechnical Engineer 100% (m/f)Under the supervision of the Project team leader, the candidate will be involved in verification and preparation of structural designs in:- Geotechnical and hydrogeological review of projects
- Coordination and geotechnical campaigns and laboratory tests
- Designs of underground structures such as metro stations, railway stations, cut and cover trench and parking
- Design of temporary works such as secant piles, struts, active and passive anchors.
- Coordination and definition of ground treatment needs,
- Coordination and definition of potential dewatering schemes for constructions phases.
- Analysis of induced settlements resulting form construction phases of underground structures.Requirements:- Master's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering.
- Professional experience in the elaboration of studies and design projects in the area of underground structures with a high degree of complexity;
- Interfacing and coordination of parallel disciplines involved in design transport projects such as metro stations (architectural, technological, etc)
- Knowledge in the use of specialized software in structures.
- Experience in Geotechnical and Hydrogeological studies in designing.
- Experience in definition of field geotechnical and hydrogeological investigation campaigns and relevant laboratory testing.
- Ability to communicate, analyse and have initiative.
- Responsibility, autonomy, and capacity for multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
- Knowledge of languages, including English, will be an added valued.
