Job Opportunity: Senior or Intermediate Full-Stack Software Developer / Tech LeadWe are looking for a highly motivated Backend Developer with Tech Lead potential to join our Assurance team, designing and implementing innovative software solutions for telecom operators.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support backend development of transversal microservices.Design, develop, and maintain microservices and transversal libraries.Collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience (applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered).Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Software Development Patterns, and System Development (Frontend & Backend).Proficiency in Java, Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular), REST APIs, WebServices, and Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL).Experience with Cloud development (Kubernetes, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Jenkins) and event-driven programming (Kafka).Bachelor's or Master's in Software Engineering (or related field).Nice to Have:Experience with NoSQL Databases and the Quarkus framework.Note: Previous Tech Lead experience is not mandatory, but genuine interest and strong hands-on development expertise are essential.ABOUT WITHUS
