As we embark on a journey to expand our market presence and enhance automation within our factories, we are seeking a visionary leader to join us as the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the technical and commercial future of our organization.Tasks

Provide leadership with a special focus on technical and commercial aspects of the company.
Drive growth strategies, market expansion, and increased automation within our factories.
Utilize your expertise in artificial intelligence and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with teams across different regions, particularly between Portugal and the USA.

Requirements

Extensive experience in hedge cutting companies.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in automation and artificial intelligence.
Proven track record in a leadership role, preferably at the CEO level.
Ability to travel frequently between Portugal and the USA.
Experience working in high-tech environments, especially in areas like Silicon Valley.
