- Provide application support for IBM mainframe systems, utilizing COBOL, JCL, and IMS. This
includes analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues;
- Perform occasional development tasks, primarily focused on evolutionary and corrective
maintenance of mainframe applications (COBOL, JCL and IMS);
- Manage the deployment of SaaS application packages provided by external vendors, utilizing our
existing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release);
- Configure SaaS applications based on business requirements and collaborate with vendors to
ensure seamless integration;
- Respond to support tickets from business users, providing timely solutions and escalating issues as
needed to analysts or vendors;
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential problems;
- Collaborate with the business team, business analysts, QAs, and vendors to ensure smooth
operation of payment applications;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and Kanban practices.Does it sound exciting? Apply now!What we are looking for:
- Experience in supporting IBM mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and IMS;
- Development experience in these technologies is a strong plus;
- Experience with application deployment processes and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release;
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and managing vendor relationships;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken (C1 Level required);
- French language skills are a plus;
