Functional Support Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Previous experience in a functional support role, ideally in electronic trading and/or market access;
• Knowledge of SQL (mandatory) and ideally Power BI;
• Solid understanding of financial products such as Forex, Bonds, Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives;
• Knowledge of trading platforms (Forex, Fixed Income and/or Equities) is a strong plus;
• Knowledge of market connectivity protocols such as FIX - ideally ION - would be an advantage;
• Ability to monitor and follow up on daily processes, manage incidents, investigate complex functional issues, and implement permanent solutions for recurring problems;
• Experience collaborating with production teams to improve application analysis and monitoring tools;
• Ability to produce clear procedures/documentation to ensure knowledge transfer within the team;
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and SQL environments (Python scripting is a plus);
• Strong data analysis skills and an interest in using data visualization tools;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• English fluency (at least B2 level);
• Residency in Portugal (citizenship, residence permit/work visa) - mandatory.
