- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally within a Shared Services or GBS environment.
- Proven experience in business development, strategy, or transitions within a multinational context.
- Good understanding of end-to-end processes within a GBS environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic recommendations and business cases.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership and employee representatives.
- Skilled in creating compelling presentation materials and confident in presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of GBS, supporting overarching GBS initiatives from PMO perfspective.
- Facilitate GBS board meetings and governance structures.
- Conduct trend scouting to identify new opportunities for GBS service expansion within the company.
- Translate business partner needs into innovative service concepts, offerings, or delivery models that create tangible value.
- Drive acquisition and onboarding of new functions and topics into the GBS scope.
- Validate service ideas through well-structured business cases, assessing financial and strategic impact.
- Conduct feasibility studies, build business cases to demonstrate the financial and strategic value of potential scope expansions.
- Develop and continuously refine the GBS strategy, ensuring alignment and adherence across the organization.
- Position and pitch GBS as the preferred partner in response to internal RfPs (request for proposal), in close collaboration with Purchasing.
- Engage with key stakeholders on senior management level as well as the workers councils, to explore and validate expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement (CI) and the Digital Innovation team to transition strategic initiatives into actionable plans.
- Coordinate handover of ready-to-implement new projects to the Operation and Transition team.
- Create compelling presentation materials for senior executives, tailored to support strategic decision-making
