Job DescriptionMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Fleet distribution for short term:Distribution at station level according stations needs and capacity optimization with focus on Business goals. Tactical Yielding measures proposal to optimise capacity increase utilisation and ensure fleet concentration. Weekend / Special Events Fleet Concentration Proposal according to the type of business at station level Cost management optimization between zones by implementing trailer solutions over driver-based transport Fleet movements optimization, with a focus to support country projects like Premium Brand and model Choice Drivers movements optimization, with a focus to achieve and improve the transfer costs goals. Fleet movements optimization across stations using the best option in terms of costs. Close communication between Operations, Capacity Special Vehicles team to create anticipation /optimization of special vehicle weekly transfers between zones instead using drivers Defleet Support: Organize with operations to prioritize buyback vehicles in one way rentals to return center (Pt Center zone) and avoid renting to outside. Less on request and network centralization to support premium brand, model choice projectTeam & Communication:Ensure efficient collaboration with Sales, Fleet and Operations and develop Revenue and capacity management culture in the company to maximize revenue growth. Provide support and commitment on new projects and ensure a proactive attitude and guarantee the system integrity.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Data Warehouse, GW system).
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of prioritizing under pressure.
  • Experience in fleet or logistics operations is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication to manage a growing team.
