- Accountability for the hiring annual forecasts and alignment with the broader teams and areas.
- Continue to build, lead & develop a team of high-performing TA managers and recruiters, with a focus on capability building, career development & retention.
- Ensure and own a data-driven approach to evaluating performance, with a robust set of OKRs & KPIS to measure the success of our strategy on a regular basis.
- Be a trusted advisor & business partner to leaders, using market knowledge and data & insights to influence change & inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with People Partners on resourcing strategy, strategic priorities, workforce planning as well as hiring plans and their impact on the business.
- Continue to build out our direct hire proposition and provide recruiters with the capacity, tools & skills to source candidates through a variety of channels & techniques.
- Be a thought leader on Talent Acquisition in the region and across a Group of companies - building relationships with other TA leaders across our business globally.
- Ensuring we are advancing our approach to how we attract and secure the best people for our business.
- Creating and amplifying a fair, equitable and diverse approach to how the company hires talent.
- Accounts and looks for all the TA initiatives and projects that might impact the location and strategy.
- Partner with the local Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of local strategic initiatives that might include the TA team and TA OKRs.
- Proven success in leading & developing in-house recruiting teams to deliver ambitious hiring goals at pace, ideally in a digital business.
- Experience in designing a vision & strategy, setting goals & objectives, and measuring performance to influence change and improve effectiveness.
- Excellent communicator - able to articulate complex messages simply and adapt style to suit the wider audience.
- Adept at using data & insights - can manipulate data & generate insight and uses this to solve problems and shape strategy as well as a data-driven approach to hiring.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and being able to pivot in the face of an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
