Country Manager – Portugal

• Senior professional with 10+ years of experience, ideally in office management, consultancy, operations, or business development.
• Proven experience managing teams or external collaborators.
• Background in Law or experience in legal environments
• Knowledge of how small law firms operate in Portugal, especially in immigration or administrative legal services.
• Fluent in English – mandatory for effective communication with the international team and global clients.
• Native or high-level Portuguese.
• Spanish is a plus, especially for internal coordination with other teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, task/project management platforms, etc.).
• Valuable: an established professional network in the Portuguese legal sector.

• Lead and manage Carbray’s operations in Portugal.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support a network of freelance lawyers.
• Act as the link between local collaborators and the international team.
• Ensure service quality, adherence to processes, and achievement of performance targets.
• Be the go-to person for freelancers, providing operational and procedural support.
• Represent Carbray with clients (individuals and corporate).
• Identify local business opportunities and contribute to growth.
• Report directly to the Head of Expansion.
