We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Lead Java Developer to join our team.This position involves working in the office 2-3 days per week, providing a collaborative environment to work closely with team members on meaningful projects. You will take a lead role in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions that align with technical and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement microservices using Java and SpringDevelop secure, scalable, and high-performance applicationsCollaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutionsDiagnose and resolve complex issues to ensure optimal application functionalityLead code reviews to uphold coding standards and improve team qualityTest and optimize application performance to enhance scalability and efficiencyProvide input on architectural strategies and system design best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related disciplineAt least 5 years of experience as a Java DeveloperMinimum of 1 year managing and leading development teamsExpertise in Java and Spring frameworkPractical experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectureEnjoys collaborative problem-solving and brainstorming sessions using whiteboardsStrong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingFluent English communication skilNice to haveExperience working with databases like Redis and message brokers such as Apache KafkaFamiliarity with API gateways and networking principlesKnowledge of caching solutions and pipeline managementProficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for deployment automationExperience with monitoring and logging platforms like SplunkWe offer/Benefits
