- Articulating and demonstrating Fortinet solutions and position products relative to competition.
- Monitoring and assessing individual/team goals and organizational objectives.
- Planning for change (individual, people, technology and acquisitions).
- Leveraging and supporting internal and external influencers (Marketing, IPS, Support, Engineering, System Integrators, Channel Partners).
- Providing effective performance management processes and mechanisms for the System Engineers and measure performance and improvement.
- Acting as a Fortinet product advocate.
- Speaking at the public events.
- Experience in a similar role with proven track record.
- Ability to teach other members of the team and effectively lead a team of highly skilled Sales Engineers.
- Cyber Security background is a must.
