What are you going to do?- Install, configure and administer Company systems and server related infrastructure;- Conduct system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs;- Perform ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Windows file server hardware and operating system software;- Ongoing review of Company server infrastructure;- Assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into company's systems operations;- Troubleshoot network, hardware and software, assessing and identifying appropriate solutions under Intel platforms;- Develop, document and communicate related IT systems and server-based policies, procedures and guidelines;- Assist the IT Operations Manager in implementing, testing and maintaining server level disaster recovery plans;- Manage systems, servers and infrastructure related projects and activities as well as forward planning and control of tasks;- Participation in an on-call after-hours support rotation.What are we looking for?- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;- 4-6 years of experience as Windows System Administrator;- Experience with Active Directory, Windows, Linux, PowerShell, Bash and Python;- Proficiency in MS Office;- Good Interpersonal and communicational skills;- Fluency in English (written and spoken).What do we have to offer you?- Health Insurance;- Feedback&Coffee - the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the - Career Progression Model;- Possibility of working remotely;- A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
