Welcome to our world!Your mission will be…The Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing the governance framework and processes across the hub-and-spoke organizational model in Salesforce CRM environment. You ensure consistent policies, procedures, and controls are implemented and maintained across the Hub and Spokes in Business and IT teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • You are part of an international team, with strong sales domain expertise bringing together processes, data and technology to accelerate Siemens sales transformation.
  • Develop and maintain the overall governance framework, including policies, standards, and guidelines for the hub-and-spoke model for Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure business needs are met while maintaining consistency in the governance framework.
  • Provide guidance and support to the teams on the interpretation and application of governance policies and procedures
  • Monitor compliance with governance requirements across the organization and identify and address any gaps or issues
  • Facilitate the establishment of governance committees, working groups, and other collaborative forums to foster alignment and decision-making
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all governance-related inquiries, requests, and escalations
  • Analyze governance-related data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate governance-related training and awareness initiatives to build a strong governance culture
We are looking for someone with…
  • You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in a governance, risk, or compliance role, in IT function in a complex, multi-business unit organization
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, policies, and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address governance-related issues
  • Project management skills to coordinate governance initiatives across the organization
  • Experience on Salesforce projects
