Following this successful growth, Tétris has become the leading provider of design, construction, and interior decoration services in the EMEA region.Quality ManagerKey Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001)
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all company operations
Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the different IMS frameworks
Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits, ensuring implementation of corrective actions
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for leadership review
Manage and control integrated management system documentation
Handle non-conformities and define corrective and preventive action plans
Develop and review policies, processes, procedures and management manuals
Plan and conduct training and awareness sessions within the IMS scope
Monitor and verify supplier selection, qualification and evaluation processes
Control and manage customer complaints and satisfaction metrics
Act as facilitator between different areas of the organization, promoting continuous improvement
Collaborate with the organization's HSSE department
Promote safety and sustainability culture throughout the company

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining and improving Integrated Management Systems
Specialized higher education in Quality Management Systems
Knowledge in Environment, Sustainability and Safety areas

Certification in Internal Audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Knowledge of legislation applicable to the construction and fit-out sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capacity and results-oriented mindset
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactivity and problem-solving ability
Good knowledge of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated management system software
