QualificationsAS OUR NEW APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER, YOU MUST HAVE:

Good English (B2) and French (B2) level
University graduation on IT related field
At least 3+ years of experience in a similar position
Purchasing and management experience
Experience in Application production run support, acting as Technical Leader
Accounting scope knowledge would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all level namely: Meeting management, publicity present, explain and learn business matters. Produce and follow up meeting's outcomes and inputs (meeting minutes, requests, business analysis, etc....)
Incident management
Knowledge of Purchasing Software, e.g. Ivalua
Tools: Service Now, Jira Lanta, Oracle with PL SQL knowledge (advanced level)
Power BI knowledge will be a plus
