Senior Sales Associate
Portuguese residence permit
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
Experience in outlets is a plus

What you can expect:

Provide excellent levels of customer service, exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity
Maximize all sales opportunities to achieve store and individual sales targets, as well as KPI indicators
Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions. Be able to address queries about price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS products
Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customers' attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities

Your profile:

Proven experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment
Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges
Always presents a professional image
Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
Professionalism maintained under all circumstances
Fluent in English
