Job PurposeWe are looking for a Product Design Engineer responsible for developing and implementing mechanical projects, both standard and customized, ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements. This role also supports the production process and manages product data for special projects, from concept to manufacturing documentation.A glimpse of your daily missionDesign and develop 2D and 3D models, preparing drawings for mechanical projects.Create prototypes and support manufacturing in completing order processing and tooling.Develop budgets and prepare technical documentation for designed products.Review and interpret blueprints and parts to ensure drawings meet archiving standards.Coordinate and maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.Draft and deliver drawings and blueprints for production throughout project execution.Interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams such as purchasing, manufacturing, and quality to align on requirements.Your QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent.Knowledge in technical drawings, 2D and 3D software (Inventor, AutoCAD, Creo preferred).Experience in product design, ideally within metalworking, carpentry, or furniture industry is a plus.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Proactive, adaptable, and dynamic with continuous improvement mindset.Fluent in English and proficient with Microsoft Office.About usHaworth is one of the world's largest manufacturers of office furniture, providing solutions for tomorrow's customers worldwide.
