At least 3 years of professional experience in C++ development
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Would be great if you have:

Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector
Experience in analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements
Exposure to solution design and architecture discussions
