Content Steward Specialist - Braga

• Working with our IMS Content Services global team and directly with our Global Content Librarian team, the eContent Management Specialist's scope of work includes:

• Act as Single Point of Contact for the assigned internal partner

• Identifying and rectifying gaps in the current Content Asset Management model

• Provide support and guidance for content library management

• Support on end-user engagement, content marketing workflows, collecting data, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights regarding content library management

• Assist with end-user support queries

• Responsible for delivering trainings on everything regarding content asset management

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in previous projects and experiences

• Good understanding of marketing workflows and data (e.g.: Taxonomy, naming conventions, etc)

• Excellent understanding of digital asset management best practices

• Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures and specific targets

• Excellent communication skills

• Development and implementation of processes and best practices

• Strong training and presentation skills

• Solid planning and project management skills

• Detail-oriented with ability to handle various projects simultaneously
