- Revenue Growth: Maximize revenue from assigned customers.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Main Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Market Expertise: Understand iGaming trends and consult clients accordingly.
- Feedback Monitoring: Track client feedback and share insights with the Product team.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions.
- KPI Reporting: Regularly update the Head of Account Management on key metrics.
- Project Support: Assist with strategic projects and initiatives.
- Report Creation: Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in iGaming.
- B2B Account Management: Essential, with experience at a game provider highly preferred.
- Sales & Business Development: A strong asset.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of iGaming trends and products.
- Languages: Fluent English required; Russian proficiency would be an advantage.
- Client Management: Ability to handle Tier 1 customers and high-pressure situations.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
