- At least 5 years of proven work experience in related areas.

- Proactive approach to work and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict, resolve issues, and make decisions under pressure.
- High level of comfort with English, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of actuarial and UK pensions concepts.
- Proven experience in people management or team leadership, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven project management skills, with experience in managing projects effectively.
