Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth transition of existing applications to new solutions, minimizing downtime and delivering a seamless user experience.In your new role, you will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and prioritize application migration requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
Develop and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using .NET and Java
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure software meets quality, security, and performance standards
Work closely with application teams to migrate existing applications to new solution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge bases to support the application migration and handover process

You are a collaborative professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building bridges between diverse teams and stakeholders. You excel at analyzing complex challenges, offering innovative solutions, and ensuring smooth transitions during application migrations. With a proactive mindset and adaptability, you thrive in dynamic environments, balancing technical expertise with a focus on delivering impactful results.You are best equipped for this role if you have:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in developing C#, .NET or Java applications
Proven experience in planning, designing, and implementing complex systems migrations
Experience in automated software testing and rollout, ensuring seamless deployment of software solutions
Familiarity with messaging middleware (e.g. Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or Tibco Rendezvous) and messaging protocols (AMQP, MQTT, JMS) would be an advantage
Proficiency in Agile development methods and experience with DevOps practices is a plus
Experience with Linux or Windows is essential
Experience with containerization is optional
Experience within the semiconductor industry is a significant advantage, although not mandatory
Fluency in English is required
