Join the team as a Senior Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of a global portfolio.Your New Role
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for software quality, performance and reliability
- Design, create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on requirements
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium to improve test coverage
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects and validate user experience, including exploratory testing
- Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution
- Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Design and execute performance tests to ensure software can handle expected loads and stress conditions.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar QA role, with strong understanding of software testing methodologies
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Experience with performance testing tools is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues and proposing solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous
- Good knowledge of English
