- Play a key role in setting up the Finance Excellence Centre.
- Handle accounting tasks according to established procedures and update documentation as needed.
- Work with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and expense allocations.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring it is accurate and complies with company policies and accounting standards
- Manage the month-end close process, including generating standardized reports and preparing annual accounts.
- Review and analyse general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies, and unusual trends and propose corrective actions, as needed.
- Support the regional team with standardized reports for annual audits and tax audits.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related.
- Relevant experience and track record in an international Finance environment/Share.
- Service Centre setup is a plus. Good understanding of applicable European GAAP and IFRS.
- Fluency in English and other European languages valued.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
