  • As a Technical Support for Microsoft Security & Compliance/Identity your main
mission is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering
a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.What you'll needFluent in English and Portuguese;Technical background (1 to 2 years), preferably in security and systems administration;Technical support experience (1 to 2 years) in IT teams;Proficiency in analysis and problem solving; * Nice to have: Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration.Benefits
