- Act as the main point of contact between HR stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic needs into system capabilities.
- Define and prioritise product features and enhancements in Workday, ensuring they support HR processes effectively.
- Collaborate with COE leaders to gather requirements and propose system-based solutions.
- Guide external and internal teams in delivering high-quality configurations and integrations.
- Maintain a product roadmap aligned with HR transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and data governance policies.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support testing, rollout, and change management activities for new functionalities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote system adoption and understanding.
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM modules and configuration principles.
- Experience in translating business needs into system requirements.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as talent management, compensation, and organisational planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
- Degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
- Certifications on Workday or similar platforms are a plus.
