To know more about us .Mission of the Role: Drive efficient and accurate validation testing, ensuring product quality and timely completion within budget.Key Objectives of this Role:

Define and upkeep the validation budget for their programs.
Able to quote test campaigns accurately.
Write and maintain a test plan that meets the customer expectations.
Setup the product exercisers for the test campaign.
Responsible for ensuring that all testing is done in an appropriate and timely fashion and that all committed deadlines are met.
Specify testers to support Functional, Climatic and EMC testing of new products.
Specify and write test scripts to validate new products.
Report the test results to the Product Development team.

Key Performance Indicators: * Budget Accuracy: Achieve +/ - 5% variance between planned and actual validation costs. (Target: Improve accuracy by 2% year-on-year)

Testing Completion Rate: Deliver 95% of validation testing within committed deadlines. (Target: Increase by 5% year-on-year)
Product Quality: Maintain a 98% defect detection rate during validation testing. (Target: Improve by 1% year-on-year)

Key Year One Deliverables: * Implement a new system for streamlined DV and PV test campaign cost estimation and budgeting.

Develop and deliver DV test plan for 2 production programs
Reduce average validation testing time by 10% through process optimization.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

University degree in Electronics or relevant area.At least 3 years of experience in Environmental Automotive products testing.
Environmental validation experience (EMC, Climatic, Mechanical testing).
Automotive standards knowledge.
Planning skills.
Software development (test scripts in VBA, Python, others).
Very good English.
