This is a unique opportunity to lead and drive operational excellence in a highly regulated and fast-growing environment.As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the effective and timely execution of the Production Plan. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration, ensuring compliance, and driving performance within the team.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the production process.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety standards, SOPs/QMS, and legal/certification requirements.
Execute the Production Plan efficiently, proactively resolving any issues or delays.
Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, mentoring, and proactive leadership.
Track and report production KPIs regularly to executive management.
Ensure the safe and effective use of production equipment and promote a strong safety culture.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the team and operations.

Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
Solid experience in a GMP-regulated production environment.
Previous experience in medical cannabis production is a strong plus.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills across diverse cultural and functional teams.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
Proactive, empathetic, and a team-oriented mindset.
