We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team.Requirements:High school diploma (12th grade) or a professional IT course.Passion for technology and solving complex problems.Willingness to learn programming and software fundamentals.Responsabilities:User Support: Provide first-level technical support for our team, troubleshooting issues with hardware (laptops, monitors, printers), software, and network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN).Onboarding & Offboarding: Get new employees ready for their first day by setting up their accounts, configuring hardware, and installing necessary software. You'll also assist with deactivating accounts and collecting equipment when a colleague leaves.Basic Network & Server Maintenance: Support senior IT staff with routine tasks like monitoring network performance, checking logs, and assisting with infrastructure evolution.
