Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to
Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes
(e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working /
processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are
looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take
responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. All while embracing a spirit

creativity, reliability and teamwork.

united world’.Skills4+ years of experience as graphic designer / art director required (creative studio, digital communication agency, design studio, etc.)
Proven track record developing 360º communication projects, using different mediums and touchpoints, taking into account the target and users journey.
Proven track record in branding and brand development.
Proven track record of distilling complex information into clear and simple messages.
Master Adobe CS (illustrator, photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
Basic knowledge in generative AI and prompt engineering
Proficient in UI/UX principles, with focus on usability and accessibility
Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Animate are a plus
Illustration, data visualisation, photography and/or any other creative fields are a plus
Interest of the aerospace ecosystem is a plus
Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plusResponsibilitiesAirbus Beyond is a subsidiary of Airbus created with the sole purpose of guiding people and

And we are now looking for our future Creative Designer, who will be supporting the application of
the AirBus Beyond communication plan, as well as pushing for creativity and high-level design in all
of our digital learning projects. As part of the Airbus Beyond Studio, you will help translate the
communicational and pedagogical needs of our clients into engaging and impactful experiences, by
applying your design skills to create effective learning content and all types of digital media.
Main tasks:
● You will work under the direction of the creative lead on digital learning projects, communication campaigns, branding and brand development.
● Support the development of various types of instructional content, including video, motion graphics, interactive activities, written materials and infographics,
● Develop creative concepts, social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and other graphic assets.
● Work closely with our studio’s copywriters and account managers on a day to day basis.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accurate content.
● Work on both high-level concepts and the execution of the art direction on all communication material.
● Research and experiment emerging technologies and new design trends.
