The purpose of this position is to start with someone supporting our daily activities, as formatting cvs, matching ideally candidates with the vacancies opened by the client and this professional will also be scheduling interviews for candidates with the clients. The idea is that in the future, this person will develop skills of sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. As well as reporting daily activities with the TA Manager, tracking the key recruitment metrics and providing data driven insights to improve our hiring process.Responsibilities
- Formatting Cvs;
- Responsible for organizing internal documentations stating standard processes.
- Schedulling interviews;
- Post positions on linkedin (Feeds)
- Sourcing and Screening potential candidates;
- Cold Calls;
- Conducting interviews;
- Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various chanels like job boards, social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations - LGPD.
- Excellent skills with Word and Excel;
- English and/or Spanish is a PLUS.
