Manage and optimize the hotels’ website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze online performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Manage online distribution channels, including OTAs and global distribution systems, ensuring optimal visibility and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demand and competitors to make data-driven decisions.
Implement pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Collaborate with the sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless booking processes and customer experiences.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance for management review.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hotel Management or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales within the hospitality industry, with a track record of managing multiple properties.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools, platforms, and analytics.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
