- Provide a tailored, one-on-one luxury shopping experience to each client;
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through clienteling and follow-up;
- Support and mentor junior sales staff to uphold high standards of service;
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets;
- Maintain a deep knowledge of products, designers, and current fashion trends;
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and stock organization;
- Handle after-sales service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction;
- Uphold the image and values of Fashion Clinic at all times.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail sales;
- Strong clienteling skills and an established client network (preferred);
- Passionate about fashion and luxury lifestyle;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Portuguese, French, or Mandarin are a plus);
- Professional appearance and polished manners;
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude and team spirit.
