Defensores Chaves 45, Lisboa), with Hybrid working.Responsibilities:Manage daily cash reconciliation and positioning in the US, Canada, and EuropeSupport requests related to cash management including positive pay, proofs of payment and monitoring of worldwide bank feesPerform month-end close entriesSupport year-end financial auditPrepare electronic payments and intercompany bank transfersSupport foreign exchange hedging program by preparing trade confirmations, releasing wires, maintaining associated spreadsheets, and completing accounting entriesSupport bank/3rd party documentation requestsServe as cross-functional backup for other department duties, including, but not limited to: intercompany proposals and bank portal maintenanceCoordinate with cross-functional teams (tax, accounting, legal and divisional finance), as requiredQualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or the banking industrySelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong technical ability and customer orientationStrong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenContinuous improvement focused, attention to detail and ability to organize and planStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent multi-tasking, follow-through, and prioritization skills to meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on ExcelWorking knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Bloomberg helpfulEducation: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field.Are you interested in this position?We’d love to know you better!
