- Manage the day-to-day operations of the 2 outlets(bar, restaurant)
- Recruit,train, and develop a team of F&B staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
- Maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation areas.
- Assistin the development of the restaurant concept, including menu planning, design, and implementation.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the board and general manager to achieve financial targets and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including health and safety, and liquor licensing.
- 3-5 years of experience in an F&B management role.
- A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful F&B concepts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
