Food & Beverage Manager - boutique hotel

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the 2 outlets(bar, restaurant)
• Recruit,train, and develop a team of F&B staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
• Maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation areas.
• Assistin the development of the restaurant concept, including menu planning, design, and implementation.
• Continuously monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the board and general manager to achieve financial targets and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including health and safety, and liquor licensing.

• 3-5 years of experience in an F&B management role.
• A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful F&B concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
