Here you will be able to work with the development of personalized services and end-to-end solutions.We are looking for a Business Analyst for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon or Azores.Your mission:- Lead business requirements gathering using modern techniques and tools;
- Design and document functional specifications that make developers smile;
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN;
- Collaborate with UX/UI, integration, and development teams to ensure functional excellence;
- Support the implementation of a new portal and its integration with external systems;
- Help define the MVP and product backlog in close collaboration with stakeholders;
- Ensure traceability, clarity, and alignment across all project phases;Requirements:- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical training;
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and functional consulting;
- Experience with business requirements gathering using structured methodologies and tools;
- Writing functional specifications that are clear, complete, and developer-friendly;
- Business process modeling and automation using BPMN;
- End-to-end process design for financial operations, especially treasury and payments workflows;
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban);
- Availability to fly occasionally to Azores;Bonus Points:
- Previous work on public administration systems;
- Experience in Public Sector Portal Implementation Projects;
- Familiarity with OutSystems or other low-code platforms;
- Understanding of banking integrations, C2B file formats, and multi-level approval workflows;
- Experience with auditing, compliance, and traceability in financial systems;What you can expect from us:
