- Understand customer needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities.
- Source sales opportunities through outbound calling, mailing, and social media.
- Explain and position the benefits of the product.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and assess their fit and interest.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects in the CRM.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to improve outbound automation.
- Partner with channel partners to build a pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date on Glartek's products, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with new people all day.
- Interested in sales and business development activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, presentation, and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Highly goal-driven and results-oriented.
- Willing to grow into an international sales role.
- Self-driven and resilient, with a creative mindset.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred.
- Interest in industrial technology and Health, Safety, and Environmental topics is a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish.
