Leading technical purchasing activities for new parts and components;
Driving the purchasing Time-To-Market (TTM) process in heat pump development projects;
Conducting and leading technical discussions with suppliers and engineering teams;
Organizing and performing supplier visits;
Monitoring and reporting on purchasing project achievements and progress;
Initiating, coordinating and advancing preventative quality;
Focus on target costing by identifying cost improvement opportunities with suppliers and engineers, supporting cost estimation and tracking;
Preparing supplier awarding for new parts, ensuring alignment with project schedules in respect to part deliveries;
Participating in innovation feasibility projects.

QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Education:

Academic background in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (Additional commercial/business qualifications are valued).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or engineering roles, preferably within commercial and project purchasing areas;
Experience or knowledge in heat pump technology is a plus.

Languages:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Working Style and Personality:

Structured and analytical approach to work with strong problem-solving skills;
Proactive, results-driven, and able to take ownership of projects;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities;
Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams;
Willingness to travel.
