Senior Data & Business Analyst

• Understanding the business domain and identifying key analytical needs;

• Gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders;

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources;

• Developing insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI;

• Collaborating with Data Science and IT teams to ensure data quality and business relevance;

• Translating business problems into data-driven solutions;

• Ensuring agile methodologies (SCRUM) are followed in project execution;

• Presenting findings and recommendationso both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years in business analysis, with a focus on data-driven decision-making;

• Python Knowledge;

• Data Science Knowledge: Ability to understand and apply data science concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning is a plus);

• Power BI Expertise: Proven experience in building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX and data modeling;

• Data Collection & Processing: Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes;

• SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis;

• SCRUM Methodology: Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams;

• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken; Spanish language is valued;

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
