✔ Offer first-class tech support to customers after sales for various domestic appliance brands.
✔ Assist customers via phone and email, acting as the first point of contact.
✔ Diagnose technical issues using 60 available processes and escalate complex cases when necessary.
✔ Improve customer satisfaction by proactively offering solutions (e.g., guiding customers through YouTube tutorials).
✔ Provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints.
✔ Work with three different software programs during the support process.
