Fluency on Excel (advanced excel) and SAP;
Language: French (minimum B2);
Experience in cash-collection position, At least 2 years' experience in similar position.
Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
Good knowledge in finance.

Que funções irão desempenharReporting directly to the Collections Manager, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries :

Manage client portfolio in a multinational environment;
Ensure payment deadlines;
Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email;
Follow-up on customer accounts;
Identify solutions to the problems presented;
