Looking forward, we're not just tech enthusiasts; we're on a mission to shape the future of society through our tech wizardry.What we expect from you:Growth Facilitation: You will assist developers in enhancing their skills or connecting with helpful contacts, monitor for obstacles and facilitate their removal, frequently give and solicit feedback, and set personal goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work with teams across various functions to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.Agile Leadership: You'll guide the team in adopting agile practices, leading agile ceremonies, and boosting overall efficiency.Technical Engagement: Actively engage with coding tasks, leveraging your technical expertise to contribute to projects and support your team, while also taking the lead on initiatives.What you bring to the table:A strong Software Development background, particularly in C# and the .NET framework;Expertise in Domain-Driven Design, CI/CD, Hexagonal Architecture and related technologies;Experience in leading a development team;Strong organizational and planning skills;Desirable experience working in Agile Development;Able to operate with autonomy;Strong communicational skills in English and Spanish.Experience with Flutter is a nice to have.What you can expect from us:
