We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Consultant with solid experience in DevOps practices focused on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance, along with extensive experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using modern tools. This role demands a collaborative mindset to work alongside development teams and ensure robust deployment and operational automation.Tasks

Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) utilizing tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
Implement automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, and operations within Azure.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices early in project lifecycles.
Ensure security, scalability, and resilience of cloud environments.
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
Assist in incident resolution and root cause analysis, ensuring service continuity.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in DevOps roles with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards).
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS).
Experience in identity and security management (Azure Active Directory, Key Vault).
Automation experience using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM/Bicep.
Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Experience in CI/CD and continuous integration and deployment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and good technical English proficiency.
