Define and implement effective financial policies and internal procedures;
Ensure compliance with internal controls and Group standards;
Prepare and analyse quarterly and annual financial statements;
Coordinate external audits and ensure the reliability of financial reporting;
Support the CFO with strategic projects and financial analysis;
Improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and control;
Manage and submit tax declarations within legal deadlines;
Collaborate with local and international teams, providing strategic financial support.Candidate Profile:
Higher education in Accounting, Finance or a related field;
Proven experience in financial management and accounting roles;
Fluency in English (French is a plus);
Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS;
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and financial ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365);
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented and results-driven;
