- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose actionable insights.
- Train and support internal teams on CRM tools and processes.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on CRM technology advancements and recommend relevant upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- 10+ years of CRM experience as a Senior CRM Manager.
- Results-driven, action-oriented and ability to act intuitively to deliver goals.
- Proven experience participating in cross-functional teams and influencing great outcomes across a matrix organization with evolving requirements.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of database management.
- Skills in project management and a client centric approach.
- Solid background in prospect acquisition and/or customer retention strategies.
- Knowledge of online marketing and digital sales methods and best practices.
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Strong knowledge of Sales/Retention processes.
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude (internal and external).
- Fluent in English.
