At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the Railway Industry
English and German Language is a must
Academic background in Engineering or similar (Software, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, etc.)
Strong knowledge of railway standards and CENELEC norms, applied to the development, testing, and certification of embedded systems;
Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning and delivery of railway engineering projects.
Collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and quality.
Drive innovation in railway engineering through sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic workforce development.
Excited with the prospect of travelling and getting in touch with different cultures and realities.
